Overview
DigiGap is a digital health platform built around three words: measure, bridge, advance. It helps teams identify gaps across health systems, assess facilities and their digital readiness, and drive targeted improvements.
The challenge
Digital health programmes often run across many facilities, each with different infrastructure, connectivity, systems and skills. Without a common way to measure readiness, it is hard to see where the gaps are or where to invest first. The platform needed to make assessment simple, keep data secure, and turn results into clear priorities.
Our approach
We built DigiGap as a secure web application with a focused dashboard. Assessments are scored across readiness areas such as infrastructure, connectivity, health information systems, data quality and digital literacy, so gaps stand out at a glance.
Access is restricted to authorised users with email or UID login and a verification code, and the interface uses a calm navy and orange palette that keeps data-heavy screens easy to read.
