Overview

IP Shipping is a Sydney-headquartered maritime services provider founded by ex-seafarers. It offers ship agency, port services, logistics, cargo charter and warehousing for ship spares across all Australian ports.

The challenge

Ship owners and managers choose an agent on trust and responsiveness. The website needed to show that IP Shipping understands vessels and crews, covers every Australian port, and is available around the clock, while making it easy to request help quickly.

Our approach

We built a clean, blue maritime website with a confident headline, ‘Your Trusted Shipping and Logistics Partner’, and a clear ‘Get Shipping Assistance’ call to action. The company story highlights the founders’ seafaring background and in-house, data-driven service model.

Each service has its own consultation call to action, and testimonials from ship owners plus a ’24/7 support, all ports’ panel build trust before visitors get in touch.
