TrueBuy Mart is a New Delhi-based supplier of high-quality electrical products, sourcing and distributing essential components from trusted brands for industrial and commercial customers.
The challenge
Electrical buyers usually know the brand or part they need. The store had to let them search and browse by brand, category and product, show clear policies for business purchases, and make it easy to reach the team for quotes and bulk orders.
Our approach
We built an e-commerce platform with search front and centre and navigation by categories, brands and products. Wishlist, cart and account features support repeat buyers, and the footer brings together contact numbers, email and office address.
A full set of policy pages (terms, privacy, cancellation, returns and refunds, and shipping) gives business buyers confidence, and a WhatsApp button offers quick help.
